In the absence of a QSD RF front-end or a connected radio, iSDR will solely play I/Q recordings of actual radio signals. Users can import additional recordings into the application via iTunes file sharing, with some recordings available for download at no cost from the internet. iSDR provides a sample I/Q recording showcasing 30 seconds of a ham radio contest for demonstrative purposes only. This feature allows users to explore the app's functionality effortlessly without any setup requirements other than turning it on.
